Hello everyone! Once again fellow Austinites, we are looking for sponsors for our ASHRAE Golf Tournament happening on November 17th! Come on out and join us for a day of fun and sun(hopefully). Whether you play golf every weekend or are just starting out (like me), come on out and have fun with your coworkers, friends and/or other guests. See below for different sponsorship packages. Make sure to read the bottom for the different contacts for the event.

New this year, one of the holes will have a golf ball launcher! The hole and launcher will be run by Go Big Golf. Proceeds will be split between ASHRAE and Go Big Golf. ASHRAE Proceeds will be added to the Research Promotions campaign.

Tournament Schedule

• Lunch will be provided for all paid entries before the tournament.

• Dinner will be provided for all paid entries after the tournament. 

• Trophies / awards will be awarded to the top 3 golf teams (gross & net), 2 long drives, 2 closest to the pin and the putting contest winner.

• Hole sponsors will have a sign with their Company name and logo placed on a tee box and on the Tournament Sponsor Board.

• ALL Sponsors will have their Company name and logo on the Tournament Sponsor Board only.

• Beverage Sponsors get 1 golf cart to meet participants and are General Sponsors as well. There will be a total of two beverage sponsors (let us know if you are interested).

• Spaces are limited. First PAID, first serve!!

* This is the portion of your entry fee that will be contributed to ASHRAE Research Promotion and eligible for a tax deduction as a charitable donation.  The “Entry Fee” is the total you will pay for each package.
