Registration is open for booths for the 2026 Austin ASHRAE Expo! If you are interested in sponsoring a booth for your manufacturers, now is the time to act.

The Austin ASHRAE Expo is an opportunity for design engineers, sales engineers, contractors, and owners in the Austin/Central Texas area to meet and see showcases from HVAC&R equipment manufacturers. Along with the manufacturer’s booths, technical presentations will be given by highly reputable, local professionals, allowing a great opportunity for professional development and PDH hours for attendees. The event is free for attendees. The booth sponsorships will benefit ASHRAE Research Promotions. As of 2/6/2026 all A booths have been sold.

To sponsor a booth, follow the instructions below:
1. Email Ricardo Soto ([email protected]) and CC Miguel Minick ([email protected]) with the requested booth from the attached Booth Pricing Sheet.
2. Provide the manufacturer's name and high-resolution of manufacturer's logo. Manufacturer's name and logo will be used on promotional material for the event.
3. (Perform this step ONLY AFTER doing steps 1 and 2) Pay for the booth using the "Register Now" button above. If you are an ASHRAE member in the Austin Chapter, sign in to make the sign up process faster. Otherwise, if you are not a member of our chapter, use the "Continue as Guest" option. Select the corresponding "ticket" for the group of booth being sponsored (A, B/C, or D), and compete the payment.
4. Once paid, send the receipt to Miguel Minick (CC: Wyatt Hahn) to confirm that the booth sponsorship has been paid.
